And since God\u2019s thought is of God.. And since God\u2019s thought is\u00a0 perfect and complete, it follows that every\u00a0 creature, by nature and form, includes in\u00a0 itself all perfection and completeness. True,\u00a0 we are in the habit of speaking of some of\u00a0 God\u2019s creatures as repulsive. But this is\u00a0 very foolish. If we examine closely the\u00a0 organisms of these apparently repulsive\u00a0 creatures, we shall be astonished at their\u00a0 marvelous structure. It may even be said\u00a0 that the more unimportant these specimens\u00a0 of reptile or insect life\u2014creatures which are\u00a0 almost imperceptible to our eyes\u2014-the more\u00a0 perfect are they in themselves. We know\u00a0 but little of Nature, therefore we judge so\u00a0 superficially. No, when we say : \u201c Wondrous\u00a0 art Thou, God, and wondrous Thy works,\u201d\u00a0 we are acknowledging that every creature\u00a0 in its kind is perfect, that each one is closely\u00a0 linked to other creatures, and that all were\u00a0 created for some special and indispensable\u00a0 purpose. &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; &#8216;The Devout Russian&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-10877\" src=\"http:\/\/orthodoxinsight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/o8-300x204.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"204\" srcset=\"http:\/\/orthodoxinsight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/o8-300x204.jpg 300w, http:\/\/orthodoxinsight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/o8-768x521.jpg 768w, http:\/\/orthodoxinsight.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/o8.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Every creature expresses in itself a thought\u00a0 of God..
