Loose it and bring <i>it.<\/i><\/span> <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24644\" class=\"text Mark-11-3\"><sup class=\"versenum\">3\u00a0<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">And if anyone says to you, \u2018Why are you doing this?\u2019 say, \u2018The Lord has need of it,\u2019 and immediately he will send it here.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NKJV-24645\" class=\"text Mark-11-4\"><sup class=\"versenum\">4\u00a0<\/sup>So they went their way, and found <sup class=\"footnote\" data-fn=\"#fen-NKJV-24645b\" data-link=\"[&lt;a href=&quot;#fen-NKJV-24645b&quot; title=&quot;See footnote b&quot;&gt;b&lt;\/a&gt;]\">[<a title=\"See footnote b\" href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Mark%2011&amp;version=NKJV#fen-NKJV-24645b\">b<\/a>]<\/sup>the colt tied by the door outside on the street, and they loosed it. <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24646\" class=\"text Mark-11-5\"><sup class=\"versenum\">5\u00a0<\/sup>But some of those who stood there said to them, \u201cWhat are you doing, loosing the colt?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NKJV-24647\" class=\"text Mark-11-6\"><sup class=\"versenum\">6\u00a0<\/sup>And they spoke to them just as Jesus had commanded. So they let them go. <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24648\" class=\"text Mark-11-7\"><sup class=\"versenum\">7\u00a0<\/sup>Then they brought the colt to Jesus and threw their clothes on it, and He sat on it. <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24649\" class=\"text Mark-11-8\"><sup class=\"versenum\">8\u00a0<\/sup>And many spread their clothes on the road, and others cut down leafy branches from the trees and spread <i>them<\/i> on the road. <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24650\" class=\"text Mark-11-9\"><sup class=\"versenum\">9\u00a0<\/sup>Then those who went before and those who followed cried out, saying:<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"poetry top-1\">\n<p class=\"line\"><span class=\"text Mark-11-9\">\u201cHosanna!<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"text Mark-11-9\"><span class=\"oblique\">\u2018Blessed<\/span> <i>is<\/i> <span class=\"oblique\">He who comes in the name of the<\/span> <span class=\"small-caps divine-name\">Lord<\/span><span class=\"oblique\">!\u2019<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span id=\"en-NKJV-24651\" class=\"text Mark-11-10\"><sup class=\"versenum\">10\u00a0<\/sup>Blessed <i>is<\/i> the kingdom of our father David<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"text Mark-11-10\">That comes <sup class=\"footnote\" data-fn=\"#fen-NKJV-24651c\" data-link=\"[&lt;a href=&quot;#fen-NKJV-24651c&quot; title=&quot;See footnote c&quot;&gt;c&lt;\/a&gt;]\">[<a title=\"See footnote c\" href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Mark%2011&amp;version=NKJV#fen-NKJV-24651c\">c<\/a>]<\/sup>in the name of the Lord!<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"text Mark-11-10\">Hosanna in the highest!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"first-line-none top-1\"><span id=\"en-NKJV-24652\" class=\"text Mark-11-11\"><sup class=\"versenum\">11\u00a0<\/sup>And Jesus went into Jerusalem and into the temple. So when He had looked around at all things, as the hour was already late, He went out to Bethany with the twelve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Prayer:\u00a0 We adore Thee O Christ and we bless Thee, for by Thy Holy Cross Thou hast redeemed the world.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Monday<\/p>\n<p>Mark 11:<span class=\"text Mark-11-12\"><sup class=\"versenum\">12\u00a0<\/sup>Now the next day, when they had come out from Bethany, He was hungry. <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24654\" class=\"text Mark-11-13\"><sup class=\"versenum\">13\u00a0<\/sup>And seeing from afar a fig tree having leaves, He went to see if perhaps He would find something on it. When He came to it, He found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs. <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24655\" class=\"text Mark-11-14\"><sup class=\"versenum\">14\u00a0<\/sup>In response Jesus said to it, <span class=\"woj\">\u201cLet no one eat fruit from you ever again.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text Mark-11-14\">And His disciples heard <i>it.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text Mark-11-15\"><sup class=\"versenum\">15\u00a0<\/sup>So they came to Jerusalem. Then Jesus went into the temple and began to drive out those who bought and sold in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who sold doves. <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24657\" class=\"text Mark-11-16\"><sup class=\"versenum\">16\u00a0<\/sup>And He would not allow anyone to carry wares through the temple. <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24658\" class=\"text Mark-11-17\"><sup class=\"versenum\">17\u00a0<\/sup>Then He taught, saying to them, <span class=\"woj\">\u201cIs it not written,<\/span> <span class=\"woj\">\u2018My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations\u2019? But you have made it a<\/span> <span class=\"woj\">\u2018den of thieves.\u2019<\/span> <span class=\"woj\">\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NKJV-24659\" class=\"text Mark-11-18\"><sup class=\"versenum\">18\u00a0<\/sup>And the scribes and chief priests heard it and sought how they might destroy Him; for they feared Him, because all the people were astonished at His teaching. <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24660\" class=\"text Mark-11-19\"><sup class=\"versenum\">19\u00a0<\/sup>When evening had come, He went out of the city.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Prayer:<\/p>\n<p>O Lord and Master of my life, a spirit of idleness, despondency, ambition, and idle talking give me not.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday<\/p>\n<p>Mark 11:<span class=\"text Mark-11-20\"><sup class=\"versenum\">20\u00a0<\/sup>Now in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24662\" class=\"text Mark-11-21\"><sup class=\"versenum\">21\u00a0<\/sup>And Peter, remembering, said to Him, \u201cRabbi, look! The fig tree which You cursed has withered away.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NKJV-24663\" class=\"text Mark-11-22\"><sup class=\"versenum\">22\u00a0<\/sup>So Jesus answered and said to them, <span class=\"woj\">\u201cHave faith in God.<\/span> <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24664\" class=\"text Mark-11-23\"><sup class=\"versenum\">23\u00a0<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">For<\/span> <span class=\"woj\">assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, \u2018Be removed and be cast into the sea,\u2019 and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.<\/span> <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24665\" class=\"text Mark-11-24\"><sup class=\"versenum\">24\u00a0<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">Therefore I say to you,<\/span> <span class=\"woj\">whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive <i>them,<\/i> and you will have <i>them.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text Mark-11-25\"><sup class=\"versenum\">25\u00a0<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">\u201cAnd whenever you stand praying,<\/span> <span class=\"woj\">if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.<\/span> <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24667\" class=\"text Mark-11-26\"><sup class=\"versenum\">26\u00a0<\/sup><sup class=\"footnote\" data-fn=\"#fen-NKJV-24667d\" data-link=\"[&lt;a href=&quot;#fen-NKJV-24667d&quot; title=&quot;See footnote d&quot;&gt;d&lt;\/a&gt;]\">[<a title=\"See footnote d\" href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Mark%2011&amp;version=NKJV#fen-NKJV-24667d\">d<\/a>]<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">But<\/span> <span class=\"woj\">if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Prayer:<\/p>\n<p>But rather a spirit of chastity, humble-mindedness, patience, and love bestow upon me Thy servant.<\/p>\n<p>Yea, O Lord King, grant me to see my failings and not condemn my brother; for blessed art Thou unto the ages of ages. Amen.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text Mark-11-27\"><sup class=\"versenum\">Mark 11:27\u00a0<\/sup>Then they came again to Jerusalem. And as He was walking in the temple, the chief priests, the scribes, and the elders came to Him. <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24669\" class=\"text Mark-11-28\"><sup class=\"versenum\">28\u00a0<\/sup>And they said to Him, \u201cBy what authority are You doing these things? And who gave You this authority to do these things?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NKJV-24670\" class=\"text Mark-11-29\"><sup class=\"versenum\">29\u00a0<\/sup>But Jesus answered and said to them, <span class=\"woj\">\u201cI also will ask you one question; then answer Me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things:<\/span> <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24671\" class=\"text Mark-11-30\"><sup class=\"versenum\">30\u00a0<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">The<\/span> <span class=\"woj\">baptism of John\u2014was it from heaven or from men? Answer Me.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NKJV-24672\" class=\"text Mark-11-31\"><sup class=\"versenum\">31\u00a0<\/sup>And they reasoned among themselves, saying, \u201cIf we say, \u2018From heaven,\u2019 He will say, \u2018Why then did you not believe him?\u2019 <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24673\" class=\"text Mark-11-32\"><sup class=\"versenum\">32\u00a0<\/sup>But if we say, \u2018From men\u2019 \u201d\u2014they feared the people, for all counted John to have been a prophet indeed. <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24674\" class=\"text Mark-11-33\"><sup class=\"versenum\">33\u00a0<\/sup>So they answered and said to Jesus, \u201cWe do not know.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text Mark-11-33\">And Jesus answered and said to them, <span class=\"woj\">\u201cNeither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prayer:<\/p>\n<p>Yea, O Lord King, grant me to see my failings and not condemn my brother; for blessed art Thou unto the ages of ages. Amen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thursday<br \/>\nMark 12:<span class=\"text Mark-12-1\">Then He began to speak to them in parables: <span class=\"woj\">\u201cA man planted a vineyard and set a hedge around <i>it,<\/i> dug <i>a place for<\/i> the wine vat and built a tower. And he leased it to<\/span> <sup class=\"footnote\" data-fn=\"#fen-NKJV-24675a\" data-link=\"[&lt;a href=&quot;#fen-NKJV-24675a&quot; title=&quot;See footnote a&quot;&gt;a&lt;\/a&gt;]\">[<a title=\"See footnote a\" href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Mark%2012&amp;version=NKJV#fen-NKJV-24675a\">a<\/a>]<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">vinedressers and went into a far country.<\/span> <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24676\" class=\"text Mark-12-2\"><sup class=\"versenum\">2\u00a0<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">Now at vintage-time he sent a servant to the vinedressers, that he might receive some of the fruit of the vineyard from the vinedressers.<\/span> <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24677\" class=\"text Mark-12-3\"><sup class=\"versenum\">3\u00a0<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">And they took <i>him<\/i> and beat him and sent <i>him<\/i> away empty-handed.<\/span> <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24678\" class=\"text Mark-12-4\"><sup class=\"versenum\">4\u00a0<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">Again he sent them another servant,<\/span> <sup class=\"footnote\" data-fn=\"#fen-NKJV-24678b\" data-link=\"[&lt;a href=&quot;#fen-NKJV-24678b&quot; title=&quot;See footnote b&quot;&gt;b&lt;\/a&gt;]\">[<a title=\"See footnote b\" href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Mark%2012&amp;version=NKJV#fen-NKJV-24678b\">b<\/a>]<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">and at him they threw stones, wounded <i>him<\/i> in the head, and sent <i>him<\/i> away shamefully treated.<\/span> <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24679\" class=\"text Mark-12-5\"><sup class=\"versenum\">5\u00a0<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">And again he sent another, and him they killed; and many others,<\/span> <span class=\"woj\">beating some and killing some.<\/span> <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24680\" class=\"text Mark-12-6\"><sup class=\"versenum\">6\u00a0<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">Therefore still having one son, his beloved, he also sent him to them last, saying, \u2018They will respect my son.\u2019<\/span> <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24681\" class=\"text Mark-12-7\"><sup class=\"versenum\">7\u00a0<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">But those<\/span> <sup class=\"footnote\" data-fn=\"#fen-NKJV-24681c\" data-link=\"[&lt;a href=&quot;#fen-NKJV-24681c&quot; title=&quot;See footnote c&quot;&gt;c&lt;\/a&gt;]\">[<a title=\"See footnote c\" href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Mark%2012&amp;version=NKJV#fen-NKJV-24681c\">c<\/a>]<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">vinedressers said among themselves, \u2018This is the heir. Come, let us kill him, and the inheritance will be ours.\u2019<\/span> <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24682\" class=\"text Mark-12-8\"><sup class=\"versenum\">8\u00a0<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">So they took him and<\/span> <span class=\"woj\">killed <i>him<\/i> and cast <i>him<\/i> out of the vineyard.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NKJV-24683\" class=\"text Mark-12-9\"><sup class=\"versenum\">9\u00a0<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">\u201cTherefore what will the owner of the vineyard do? He will come and destroy the vinedressers, and give the vineyard to others.<\/span> <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24684\" class=\"text Mark-12-10\"><sup class=\"versenum\">10\u00a0<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">Have you not even read this Scripture:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"poetry top-1\">\n<p class=\"line\"><span class=\"text Mark-12-10\"><span class=\"woj\">\u2018The stone which the builders rejected<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"text Mark-12-10\"><span class=\"woj\">Has become the chief cornerstone.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span id=\"en-NKJV-24685\" class=\"text Mark-12-11\"><sup class=\"versenum\">11\u00a0<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">This was the <span class=\"small-caps divine-name\">Lord<\/span>\u2019s doing,<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"text Mark-12-11\"><span class=\"woj\">And it is marvelous in our eyes\u2019?\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"first-line-none top-1\"><span id=\"en-NKJV-24686\" class=\"text Mark-12-12\"><sup class=\"versenum\">12\u00a0<\/sup>And they sought to lay hands on Him, but feared the multitude, for they knew He had spoken the parable against them. So they left Him and went away.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Prayer:\u00a0 O Most Holy Trinity, have mercy on us. O Lord, blot out our sins. O Master, pardon our iniquities. O Holy One, visit and heal our infirmities for Thy name&#8217;s sake.<\/p>\n<p>Friday<\/p>\n<p>Mark 12:\u00a0<span class=\"text Mark-12-13\"><sup class=\"versenum\">13\u00a0<\/sup>Then they sent to Him some of the Pharisees and the Herodians, to catch Him in <i>His<\/i> words. <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24688\" class=\"text Mark-12-14\"><sup class=\"versenum\">14\u00a0<\/sup>When they had come, they said to Him, \u201cTeacher, we know that You are true, and <sup class=\"footnote\" data-fn=\"#fen-NKJV-24688d\" data-link=\"[&lt;a href=&quot;#fen-NKJV-24688d&quot; title=&quot;See footnote d&quot;&gt;d&lt;\/a&gt;]\">[<a title=\"See footnote d\" href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Mark%2012&amp;version=NKJV#fen-NKJV-24688d\">d<\/a>]<\/sup>care about no one; for You do not <sup class=\"footnote\" data-fn=\"#fen-NKJV-24688e\" data-link=\"[&lt;a href=&quot;#fen-NKJV-24688e&quot; title=&quot;See footnote e&quot;&gt;e&lt;\/a&gt;]\">[<a title=\"See footnote e\" href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Mark%2012&amp;version=NKJV#fen-NKJV-24688e\">e<\/a>]<\/sup>regard the person of men, but teach the way of God in truth. Is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar, or not? <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24689\" class=\"text Mark-12-15\"><sup class=\"versenum\">15\u00a0<\/sup>Shall we pay, or shall we not pay?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text Mark-12-15\">But He, knowing their hypocrisy, said to them, <span class=\"woj\">\u201cWhy do you test Me? Bring Me a denarius that I may see <i>it.<\/i>\u201d<\/span> <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24690\" class=\"text Mark-12-16\"><sup class=\"versenum\">16\u00a0<\/sup>So they brought <i>it.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text Mark-12-16\">And He said to them, <span class=\"woj\">\u201cWhose image and inscription <i>is<\/i> this?\u201d<\/span> They said to Him, \u201cCaesar\u2019s.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"en-NKJV-24691\" class=\"text Mark-12-17\"><sup class=\"versenum\">17\u00a0<\/sup>And Jesus answered and said to them, <sup class=\"footnote\" data-fn=\"#fen-NKJV-24691f\" data-link=\"[&lt;a href=&quot;#fen-NKJV-24691f&quot; title=&quot;See footnote f&quot;&gt;f&lt;\/a&gt;]\">[<a title=\"See footnote f\" href=\"https:\/\/www.biblegateway.com\/passage\/?search=Mark%2012&amp;version=NKJV#fen-NKJV-24691f\">f<\/a>]<\/sup><span class=\"woj\">\u201cRender to Caesar the things that are Caesar\u2019s, and to<\/span> <span class=\"woj\">God the things that are God\u2019s.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text Mark-12-17\">And they marveled at Him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Prayer:\u00a0 Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy on us. (3X)<\/p>\n<p>Saturday<br \/>\nMark 12:<span class=\"text Mark-12-18\"><sup class=\"versenum\">18\u00a0<\/sup>Then <i>some<\/i> Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection, came to Him; and they asked Him, saying: <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24693\" class=\"text Mark-12-19\"><sup class=\"versenum\">19\u00a0<\/sup>\u201cTeacher, Moses wrote to us that if a man\u2019s brother dies, and leaves <i>his<\/i> wife behind, and leaves no children, his brother should take his wife and raise up offspring for his brother. <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24694\" class=\"text Mark-12-20\"><sup class=\"versenum\">20\u00a0<\/sup>Now there were seven brothers. The first took a wife; and dying, he left no offspring. <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24695\" class=\"text Mark-12-21\"><sup class=\"versenum\">21\u00a0<\/sup>And the second took her, and he died; nor did he leave any offspring. And the third likewise. <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24696\" class=\"text Mark-12-22\"><sup class=\"versenum\">22\u00a0<\/sup>So the seven had her and left no offspring. Last of all the woman died also. <\/span> <span id=\"en-NKJV-24697\" class=\"text Mark-12-23\"><sup class=\"versenum\">23\u00a0<\/sup>Therefore, in the resurrection, when they rise, whose wife will she be?
