{"id":820,"date":"2015-08-02T21:07:05","date_gmt":"2015-08-03T01:07:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/orthodoxinsight.com\/?p=820"},"modified":"2015-08-02T21:07:05","modified_gmt":"2015-08-03T01:07:05","slug":"monday-august-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/orthodoxinsight.com\/?p=820","title":{"rendered":"Monday, August 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MATTHEW 21 <sup>20\u00a0<\/sup>And when the disciples saw <em>it,<\/em> they marveled, saying, \u201cHow did the fig tree wither away so soon?\u201d<sup>21\u00a0<\/sup>So Jesus answered and said to them, \u201cAssuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, \u2018Be removed and be cast into the sea,\u2019 it will be done. <sup>22\u00a0<\/sup>And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.\u201d<sup>23\u00a0<\/sup>Now when He came into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people confronted Him as He was teaching, and said, \u201cBy what authority are You doing these things? And who gave You this authority?\u201d<sup>24\u00a0<\/sup>But Jesus answered and said to them, \u201cI also will ask you one thing, which if you tell Me, I likewise will tell you by what authority I do these things: <sup>25\u00a0<\/sup>The baptism of John\u2014where was it from?
