Sunday<\/p>\n
Mark 10:32 \u00a0 Now they were on the road, going up to Jerusalem, and Jesus was going before them; and they were amazed. And as they followed they were afraid. Then He took the twelve aside again and began to tell them the things that would happen to Him: 33\u201c Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and to the scribes; and they will condemn Him to death and deliver Him to the Gentiles; 34and they will mock Him, and scourge Him, and spit on Him, and kill Him. And the third day He will rise again.\u201d<\/p>\n
Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came to Him, saying, \u201cTeacher, we want You to do for us whatever we ask.\u201d 36 \u00a0 And He said to them, \u201cWhat do you want Me to do for you?\u201d 37 \u00a0 They said to Him, \u201cGrant us that we may sit, one on Your right hand and the other on Your left, in Your glory.\u201d 38 \u00a0 But Jesus said to them, \u201cYou do not know what you ask. Are you able to drink the cup that I drink, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?\u201d 39 \u00a0 They said to Him, \u201cWe are able.\u201d So Jesus said to them, \u201cYou will indeed drink the cup that I drink, and with the baptism I am baptized with you will be baptized; 40but to sit on My right hand and on My left is not Mine to give, but it is for those for whom it is prepared.\u201d 41 \u00a0 And when the ten heard it, they began to be greatly displeased with James and John. 42 \u00a0 But Jesus called them to Himself and said to them, \u201cYou know that those who are considered rulers over the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. 43Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant. 44And whoever of you desires to be first shall be slave of all. 45For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.\u201d<\/p>\n
Prayer:
\nThis is the day which the Lord has made.\u00a0 Let us rejoice and be glad therein.<\/p>\n
Monday

Now they came to Jericho. As He went out of Jericho with His disciples and a great multitude, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the road begging. 47 \u00a0 And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out and say, \u201cJesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!\u201d 48 \u00a0 Then many warned him to be quiet; but he cried out all the more, \u201cSon of David, have mercy on me!\u201d 49 \u00a0 So Jesus stood still and commanded him to be called. Then they called the blind man, saying to him, \u201cBe of good cheer. Rise, He is calling you.\u201d 50 \u00a0 And throwing aside his garment, he rose and came to Jesus. 51 \u00a0 So Jesus answered and said to him, \u201cWhat do you want Me to do for you?\u201d The blind man said to Him, \u201cRabboni, that I may receive my sight.\u201d 52 \u00a0 Then Jesus said to him, \u201cGo your way; your faith has made you well.\u201d And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the road.<\/p>\n

\nLuke 19:<\/p>\n
Then Jesus entered and passed through Jericho. 2 \u00a0 Now behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus who was a chief tax collector, and he was rich. 3 \u00a0 And he sought to see who Jesus was, but could not because of the crowd, for he was of short stature. 4 \u00a0 So he ran ahead and climbed up into a sycamore tree to see Him, for He was going to pass that way. 5 \u00a0 And when Jesus came to the place, He looked up and saw him,* and said to him, \u201cZacchaeus, make haste and come down, for today I must stay at your house.\u201d 6 \u00a0 So he made haste and came down, and received Him joyfully. 7 \u00a0 But when they saw it, they all complained, saying, \u201cHe has gone to be a guest with a man who is a sinner.\u201d 8 \u00a0 Then Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord, \u201cLook, Lord, I give half of my goods to the poor; and if I have taken anything from anyone by false accusation, I restore fourfold.\u201d<\/p>\n
And Jesus said to him, \u201cToday salvation has come to this house, because he also is a son of Abraham; 10for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.\u201d<\/p>\n

Prayer:

\nLuke 19:11 \u00a0 Now as they heard these things, He spoke another parable, because He was near Jerusalem and because they thought the kingdom of God would appear immediately. 12 \u00a0 Therefore He said: \u201cA certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom and to return. 13So he called ten of his servants, delivered to them ten minas,* and said to them, \u2018Do business till I come.\u2019 14But his citizens hated him, and sent a delegation after him, saying, \u2018We will not have this man to reign over us.\u2019 15\u201c And so it was that when he returned, having received the kingdom, he then commanded these servants, to whom he had given the money, to be called to him, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading. 16Then came the first, saying, \u2018Master, your mina has earned ten minas.\u2019 17And he said to him, \u2018Well done, good servant; because you were faithful in a very little, have authority over ten cities.\u2019 18And the second came, saying, \u2018Master,<\/p>\n

You collect what you did not deposit, and reap what you did not sow.\u2019 22And he said to him, \u2018Out of your own mouth I will judge you, you wicked servant. You knew that I was an austere man, collecting what I did not deposit and reaping what I did not sow. 23Why then did you not put my money in the bank, that at my coming I might have collected it with interest?\u2019 24\u201c And he said to those who stood by, \u2018Take the mina from him, and give it to him who has ten minas.\u2019 25( But they said to him, \u2018Master, he has ten minas.\u2019) 26\u2018 For I say to you, that to everyone\u00a0who has will be given; and from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. 27But bring here those enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, and slay them before me.\u2019 \u00a0\u201d<\/p>\n

\nJohn 12:Then, six days before the Passover, Jesus came to Bethany, where Lazarus was who had been dead,* whom He had raised from the dead. 2 \u00a0 There they made Him a supper; and Martha served, but Lazarus was one of those who sat at the table with Him. 3 \u00a0 Then Mary took a pound of very costly oil of spikenard, anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped His feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil. 4 \u00a0 But one of His disciples, Judas Iscariot, Simon\u2019s son, who would betray Him, said, 5\u201c Why was this fragrant oil not sold for three hundred denarii* and given to the poor?\u201d 6 \u00a0 This he said, not that he cared for the poor, but because he was a thief, and had the money box; and he used to take what was put in it. 7 \u00a0 But Jesus said, \u201cLet her alone; she has kept* this for the day of My burial. 8For the poor you have with you always, but Me you do not have always.\u201d 9 \u00a0 Now a great many of the Jews knew that He was there; and they came, not for Jesus\u2019 sake only, but that they might also see Lazarus, whom He had raised from the dead. 10 \u00a0 But the chief priests plotted to put Lazarus to death also, 11 \u00a0 because on account of him many of the Jews went away and believed in Jesus.<\/p>\n
Prayer: Saturday anyone says to you, \u2018Why are you doing this?\u2019 say, \u2018The Lord has need of it,\u2019 and immediately he will send it here.\u201d 4 \u00a0 So they went their way, and found the* colt tied by the door outside on the street, and they loosed it. 5 \u00a0 But some of those who stood there said to them, \u201cWhat are you doing, loosing the colt?\u201d 6 \u00a0 And they spoke to them just as Jesus had commanded. So they let them go. 7 \u00a0 Then they brought the colt to Jesus and threw their clothes on it, and He sat on it. 8 \u00a0 And many spread their clothes on the road, and others cut down leafy branches from the trees and spread them on the road. 9 \u00a0 Then those who went before and those who followed cried out, saying: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u201c Hosanna! \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u2018 Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD!\u2019* \u00a0 \u00a0 10 Blessed is the kingdom of our father David \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 That comes in the name of the Lord!* \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Hosanna in the highest!\u201d 11 \u00a0 And Jesus went into Jerusalem and into the temple.
