“The Book of James states “Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead…” A recent Pew research study found “…52% of Orthodox adults in the United States say religion is very important to them, 31% report that they attend church weekly or more, and 57% say they pray daily.” That compares to 6% and 18% in Russia and Eastern Europe. In short, the vast majority of Orthodox Christians do not practice their faith. And we wonder why the Church doesn’t grow?”
