Apostle Silas: St. Silas, one of the travelling companions of St. Paul, was highly regarded in the Jerusalem Church.  He ended his life as Bishop of Corinth, which we know from Paul’s letters was one of the most turbulent and ‘challenging’ churches in Greece.  This is an example of God’s Providence in putting the right person in the right place.
