Virginmartyr Febronia: some of the persecutors of Christians met with swift justice.  Such was the case of Febronia’s cruel torturer Selinus who send mad and fell to his death. Often in life we see those who deserve punishment but who never seem to be brought to justice.  We can take comfort that they will after death, but, a greater comfort is to see them repent particularly if we have prayed for them to do so.
